Completly reviewed version 1.2.0 ! New features include browser's JVM detection code using a special test applet to send .cab or .jar depending on it. Now realy compatible with virtualy ALL browsers.

4. Requirements
J'upload should work on all Java-Enabled platforms. At the moment, my Makefile produce a .cab for Internet Explorer and a .jar file for all other browsers.

Use the distribution jupload.php file as an example for configuring the parameters for your applet.

To make the certification files of the applet for Microsoft, you need to have the signtools from Microsoft (cabarc.exe, signcode.exe and makecert.exe to make your certificate). The released version of the applet include precompiled binaries in .jar (signed with Sun's tools) and .cab (signed with Microsoft's tools).
